How can I order the fashions I see on the website?

Make a note of the styles you would like and contact us by phone or email and we will work with you to ensure you get exactly what you need. You can use the Add to My Swish List button on the Browse Castlegar or Browse Gibsons pages to put together your list and then use the Order Now buttons to contact us with your list.

Why can't I place an order directly from the website?

We used to allow ordering directly from the website. We decided to stop website orders because we can more easily make sure you get exactly what you need through personal service. When you contact us by phone or email we can help you directly. We can send you pictures of the items we recommend and suggest matching items and accessories to complete your look. It may take a bit more time but we think you are worth the extra effort.

Often we hear from people who have been to one of our stores and want to buy something they saw but didn't purchase in person. Sometimes we hear from customers who want to buy another of an item they already bought or maybe in a different colour or size. The only way to handle thise requests is through personal service and personal service is what Swish is all about.

How fast will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days, usually the same day.

We send all our shipments through Canada Post, and will also provide you with a tracking number, so that you can watch as your package makes its way to you!

How can I pay for my new treasures?

We accept and . If you prefer to send a cheque or money order then we will ship as soon as we receive your payment.

How do I return an item?
