Damages / Incorrect Shipments

If your fabulous treasures arrive and you find that something isn’t right (if we made a mistake and sent you someone else’s treasures, or if something crazy happened while shipping and your new treasures are damaged), please contact the store where it was purchased or ordered. Wre may request a photo of the incorrect/damaged items.

We will give you instructions on how to send the pieces back to us for an exchange for the right item, or for a new, undamaged one! Please include a copy of the postage receipt in the package, and we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

We are only able to accept returns for incorrect or damaged items for up to 15 days after you receive them, so it is important that contact us as soon as you notice something is amiss!
